Legal Reservation of the zentrada Data Base
The downloading and copying of offer and supplier informations from the zentrada marketplaces, manually or with electronic programs, crawling and/or parsing mechanism and the transfering to another data base is with this notice explicitly prohibited.
We will claim a criminal complaint for every infringement and charge a fee of 100,00 EUR per data set and reserve the right to further legal steps.
Our data base is a protected data base. The zentrada data base is under § 87 UrhG protected, because it requires from type and volume an essential investion.
